Why does my Pooch bed smell a bit musty?
Our beds are made from upcycled army tents from the early 1900s - mega sturdy material that deserves a second life. They're washed before we work with them, but after decades of storage, some natural odor can linger. That's what you get with real, reused materials instead of factory-fresh plastic.
What to do about it?
Let your dog roll through some mud and sleep it off on the bed - problem solved! Just kidding (though it works). The smell will fade naturally over time. If you're impatient, the covers are fully washable.
Do Pooch beds fit all dog sizes?
We offer two sizes: M (small/medium dogs 10-25kg), and L (large dogs 25kg+). Each bed is handmade in Amsterdam, so slight size variations can occur - we work with the fabric we have and minimize waste.
Can I wash my Pooch bed?
Yes! All our covers are machine washable. We recommend a gentle cycle at 30°C. The army tent bottom is tough as nails, but the denim top deserves some love. Air dry for best results.
Can I return my Pooch product?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Custom-filled beds or second hand items can't be returned for hygiene reasons. Contact us at [email] to arrange.
